What is the cancellation policy?

Full payment to be received prior to arrival. Payment refundable up to 30 days prior to reservation for a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations inside of 30 days of stay are nonrefundable and non-transferrable. Things happen! We are happy to make a date change to your reservation at no charge! After you select to change the date, the payment is nonrefundable. Rescheduled stay must occur within one year of original reservation and may only be rescheduled once.

Reservations made within 30 days of stay require at least 7 days notice to cancel and a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days are nonrefundable.

Do the rooms have refrigerators?

No not at this time. The carriage house does have one. I cannot store your food or personal items due to health department regulations.

Does each room have its own bathroom?

Yes each room has its own bathroom.

Do you allow one night.Stays?

One night stays are accepted November 01-May 15. And Monday Tuesday Wednesdays during other months.

Is it suitable for children?

Not really. It is an old house and there is only one bed per room. We welcome children over the age of 16. Children of all ages are welcomed at many of our events, however.

Can I cook my own meals?

We do not have the capability for you to cook food at this time.

Will you donate to my silent auction?

I have already selected which silent auctions I will donate to this year, but you are welcome to purchase a gift card or submit your group for consideration for next year. I donate 2% of the sales to the Norshor Theater and Healing Paws Rescue

Bloggers and Influencers

We only offer free stays for bloggers and influencers in exchange for publicity, social media posts etc for those with 1.5 million followers or more.

Is there a military discount?

Only for the Air Force. Just kidding. All service members receive 10% discount on their stay with their military ID. Does not apply to ticketed events.
